ZUCCHINI NUT BREAD        

Beat together: 3 eggs, 1⁄2 cup white sugar, 3⁄4 cup brown sugar and 1 cup cooking oil.

Add: 2 cups either green or yellow zucchini squash (do not peel or remove seeds), Crate, use blender or use food chopper, fine blade. 3 tsp, vanilla. Add dry ingredients, 2 1⁄3 cups flour, 1 cup All Bran, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1 tsp, soda, 1 tsp, salt and I cup chopped nuts. Mix well. Bake et 350° for 45 min. to 1 hour. Depends on pan size.
