SOUR CREAM COFFEE CAKE        

Soften 2 sticks oleo or butter

2 cups white sugar

3 eggs

1 cup sour cream 1⁄2 tsp. vanilla

2 cup sifted flour

1 tsp. baking powder 1⁄4 tsp. salt

Topping:

1⁄2 cup nuts

1 tsp. cinnamon
1⁄3 cup brown sugar

Cream sugar and oleo. Add beaten eggs (one at time). Fold in sour cream and vanilla. Stir in flour, baking powder, salt. Place 1⁄2 of batter in pan, sprinkle 1⁄2 of topping over batter. Add remaining batter. Sprinkle topping over top. Bake 350° oven for 50 - 60 min, or until done, You can sprinkle powdered sugar over top.
