CARROT SALAD
Cook 2 bags of sliced carrots till just barely done. Marinate overnight in:
1 can tomato soup
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. salt
1⁄2 tsp.pepper
1 cup oil
3⁄4 cup vinegar
Blend above ingredients 5 to 10 minutes in blender, before you add carrots. Add I sliced onion and 1 green pepper chopped.
