2 (3 oz.) boxes lemon jello
1 can #2 crushed pineapple, undrained 1⁄3 cup sugar
dash of salt
2 1⁄2 cups water
1⁄4 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 large (8 oz.) cream cheese (let soften)
1 pkg. Dream Whip (2 in box)
1 1⁄2 cans mandarin oranges, drained – 11 oz.
Heat pineapple, sugar, salt and water to boiling. Add jello and mashed cheese. Stir until cheese is dissolved. Add mandarin oranges and pour into 9 x 13 dish. When chilled, cover with Dream Whip made according to directions. Sprinkle top with graham cracker crumbs. Serves 15.
