3⁄4 lb. ground beef
1⁄2 cup barbecue sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
tbsp. minced onion
1 can Pillsbury Underflake biscuits
3⁄4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
In large skillet, brown beef, drain. Add barbecue sauce, brown sugar, onion. Separate dough into biscuits. Place each biscuit in an ungreased muffin cup, pressing dough up sides to edge of cup. Spoon meat mixture into cups. Bake at 400 oven for 10 to 15 minutes until golden brown. Sprinkle with cheese.. Makes 10 or 12 barbecups.
