APPLE MYSTERY PIE
 
3⁄4 cup sifted cake flour 1 cup brown sugar
1 1⁄2 tsp, baking powder 1⁄2 t. salt
2 eggs, unbeaten
Dash of cinnamon
1 1⁄2 tip. vanilla
1 1⁄2 cup finely chopped tart apples
3⁄4 cup chopped walnuts
Mix and sift flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon, Stir in eggs, vanilla. Fold in apples and walnuts. Pour into well greased pie tin. Bake in 350 oven for 25-30 min. Serve with whipped cream.
