GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE        
 
2 10 oz. pkgs. green beans, frozen french style
lb. can bean sprouts
6 oz. can sliced water chestnuts
1⁄2 cup chopped onion
1⁄2 cup grated cheddar cheese
3 1⁄2 oz. can french fried onion rings 1 can condensed mushroom soup
Cook beans as package directs but cook only 5 minutes. Drain beans, bean sprouts and water chestnuts and mix with other ingredients except onion rings. Place in a 2 quart casserole; bake 20 minutes at 400 oven. Top with onion rings; bake 10 minutes more.
About 8 servings.
