CHINESE EGG ROLLS        
 
Filling;
 
1⁄2 cup bean sprouts, drained
1⁄2 cup flnely chopped cooked potatoes
1⁄2-cup finely chopped shrimp 1⁄4 cup finely chopped-celery
1⁄4 cup water chestnuts, drained & finely chopped
1 tbsp. finely chopped onion (I use 1 onion)
1 slightly beaten egg
1 tsp, cooking oil
1 tsp, soy sauce
1⁄2 tsp. sugar
1⁄4 tsp. salt
In bowl combine ingredients and.chill.
Fill wraps with mixture and then fry.
