CHEESE CAKE

 

Crust:

1 1⁄2 cup graham cracker crumbs
2 tbsp. melted butter 2 tbsp. sugar
Cake:
2 8 oz. pkgs, cream cheese 1 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pt. sour cream
Grease 9" spring form pan and sprinkle sides with 2 tbsp. crumbs. Mix remaining crumbs, butter and sugar, pack firmly into bottom of pan. Soften cream cheese at room temperature, beat until fluffy, gradually beat in sugar, eggs, one at a time. Fold in vanilla and sour cream which is at room temperature. Pour over crumbs and bake 30 min. at 375° oven. Turn off heat and leave cake in oven for an hour. Chill well
before serving.
