SPINACH CASSEROLE        

 
2 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained.
I 5 oz, can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
can cheddar cheese soup
8 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
1⁄3 can fried onion rings
Combine spinach, chestnuts and 1⁄3 of the soup. Put in 10 x pan. Top, with bacon. Spread remaining soup over all.
Top with onion rings.
Bake in 350. oven for 30 minutes.
