Cream Puffs
 
1 cup water
1⁄2 cup butter or margarine
1⁄4 tsp. salt
1 cup flour
4 eggs
Put the water-, butter, salt in saucepan; heat to boiling. Add the flour all at once and stir vigorously until the Mixture no longer clings to pan. Remove from the -stove and cool slightly. Add one egg at a time; beat vigorously after each egg is added. Take up a large tbsp. of  the mixture each time and glace on buttered cookie sheet approx. 2 apart. Bake in a very hot oven (450°) for 20 minutes; reduce heat to 325° and bake 20 minutes longer. Remove from cookie sheet and cool on grid. Before serving cut and fill with whipped eteam. Takes 1 pt. cream, plus sugar, vanilla flavoring, etc
