PETITE CHERRY CHEESECAKE        

2 8 or, cream cheese 3⁄4 cup sugar

2 eggs
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
24 vanilla wafers
1 can cherry pie filling

Beat cream cheese, -sugar, eggs, lemon juice and vanilla till light and fluffy. Line muffin pans with paper cups and place a vanilla wafer on bottom of each cup. Fill cup 2⁄3 full with mixture. Bake 375° oven for 15 to 20 minutes or till set. Top each with about 1 tbsp, cherry pie filling. Chill. Makes 2 dozen.
