CHICKEN AND CORN BREAD
                 
 
chicken, cooked and boned 1⁄2 onion, fried
Thicken 2 cups chicken broth with 1⁄2 c. flour,
add 1 small can mushrooms, drained
small can ripe olives, chopped
1 small can tomatoes, diced
tsp. chili powder
Mix all together and pour in buttered casserole. Top with your own corn bread or make the following:
 
1 1⁄2 cup yellow corn meal cup flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1⁄2 cup butter
 
Cream into a dough and put on top. Bake at 375° until brown.
